If you landed here, you’re probably curious about the woman behind Dream Big Ventures and Her Money Moves. And while I could start with the awards and headlines (don’t worry, we’ll get to those!), I’d rather start with the truth.
For most of my life, I played by the rules. I climbed the corporate ladder, led billion-dollar teams at Chevron, and flew around the world from China to Angola chasing success. But somewhere along the way, I realized something: no one was coming to hand us permission slips. Especially not women, especially not Latinas.
So I stopped waiting. I took everything I had learned about leading, investing, negotiating, and navigating power structures, and I built something new. Something bold. Something for us.
That’s how Her Money Moves & Dream Big Ventures were born: platforms to help women rise higher in their careers, take control of their finances, and connect with a powerful community that believes in dreaming big and doing bigger.
This hasn’t been an easy road. Reinventing myself from corporate exec to founder, speaker, and podcast host took grit, vision, and a whole lot of faith. But every time someone tells me that Her Money Moves helped her ask for that raise, start that business, or believe in herself again, it reminds me why I do this.
So whether you’re here for inspiration, advice, or just a dose of real talk, I’m glad you showed up. I hope you’ll stay a while and join this movement of women rewriting the rules.

With over 22 years of experience at Chevron managing global teams and billion-dollar budgets, including pivotal roles in China and Angola, she launched Dream Big, aimed at empowering career minded women to go places in their careers they never knew possible.
